The TED conference was started by Richard Saul Wurman to explore the intersection of Technology, Entertainment, and Design. Since selling the conference after TED12, it has increasingly begun to explore social change, sustainability, and policy while still maintaining a foot in its original three pillars.
TED has begun to upload onto their site many of the speeches from its past 18+ years.
